ph93 Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Should Read

1. Eligibility

To register and maintain a ph93 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, or the minimum legal age for online gaming in your jurisdiction under Philippine law, whichever is higher.
• You are natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of ph93 or its affiliated companies.

ph93 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. Providing false information about your age or identity during registration or at any later point is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure.

2. Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one ph93 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is prohibited. ph93 actively checks for duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are identified, all related accounts may be suspended, and balances may be withheld pending investigation.

You are responsible for keeping your ph93 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. ph93 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has shared or failed to protect their login details.

Your account information — including name, date of birth, contact details, and registered payment methods — must be accurate and current. If your information changes, update it promptly through the account settings or by contacting ph93 support. Providing false or outdated information may delay withdrawals or result in account suspension.

ph93 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time if the platform reasonably suspects a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour inconsistent with responsible gaming standards. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be frozen pending investigation.

3. Deposits

All ph93 deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

4. Withdrawals

Before your first withdrawal is processed, ph93 will require identity verification. This typically involves providing a government-issued ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for deposits where possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the ph93 account panel.

Processing times differ by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals such as GCash and Maya are typically faster than bank transfers. ph93 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the help section, but cannot guarantee exact processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers.

ph93 reserves the right to delay or withold a withdrawal pending completion of identity and security checks. You will be informed of the reason for any delay and what documentation is required to proceed.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets on ph93. Specific market rules — including what counts for settlement purposes, how overtime or extra time is handled, and what constitutes a void bet — are published separately for each sport and market type. Review the applicable market rules before placing any bet.

• A bet is final and binding once confirmed on ph93. It cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary. Current limits are shown on the bet slip.
• ph93 reserves the right to limit or restrict the markets available to any player at its discretion, including where betting patterns suggest abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of pricing errors.
• In the event of a clear pricing error — where odds are materially inconsistent with the true market — ph93 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies both before and after settlement where the error is identified.

• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during event. ph93 is not responsible for technical issues that prevent a player from placing a live bet within a desired window.

ph93 settling decisions are based on official results from the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute or appeal, ph93's decision on the outcome of a market is final.

6. Casino and Slots

Casino games — including live dealer games and JILI Slots available on ph93 — use certified random number generators where applicable. RTP percentages are published in each game's information panel and represent long-term theoretical averages, not guaranteed results in any individual session.

Technical malfunctions on any ph93 casino game may result in the voiding of that game round and the return of the affected stake. ph93 is not liable for any game result produced by a documented system error. ph93 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable uptime, ph93 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access to games, markets, or account functions.

ph93's liability to any player is limited to the return of any funds demonstrated to have been lost directly due to a documented ph93 system error. ph93 is not liable for losses arising from a player's own decisions — including decisions made under the influence of alcohol, stress, or financial pressure.

ph93 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures, or browser incompatibilities that prevent a bet from being placed or a game from completing as intended.
